Jaguar Land Rover India announced significant price drop for its flagship SUV models – the Range Rover SV and Range Rover Sport SV Following the India-UK Free Trade Agreement (FTA), JLR India has significantly slashed prices on the Completely Built Units (CBUs) coming from the UK. The Range Rover SV now carries a price tag of Rs 3.50 crore, down from Rs 4.25 crore, while the Range Rover Sport SV has witnessed a price reduction from Rs 2.75 crore to Rs 2.35 crore. This pricing is effective immediately. Cherry on the top – the Range Rover SV now offers SV Ultra Metallic paint finishes in Gloss and Satin as standard SV Ultra Metallic paint in Gloss and Satin finish respectively Unlike the Range Rover SV and Sport SV models, the locally manufactured models, including the Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Velar and Discovery Sport, will remain unaffected by the FTA. The Defender and Discovery, which are manufactured in Slovakia, remain unaffected as well in terms of pricing.
