Maruti Suzuki has introduced a new, container-based service format called ‘Quickstop’, aimed at delivering fast and convenient vehicle maintenance at high-density locations. Launched in March 2026, the initiative is designed to cater to customers at corporate campuses, airports, and fleet hubs, reducing the need for traditional workshop visits.

Currently operating through 10 pilot centres, Quickstop units are strategically placed in busy urban environments, allowing users to drop off their vehicles while at work or in transit. This significantly reduces downtime and enhances overall convenience, particularly for office-goers and fleet operators.

The Quickstop service focuses on routine maintenance and minor repairs, avoiding heavy mechanical work. Customers can access essential services such as basic inspections, quick fixes, and upkeep tasks, all delivered within a short turnaround time.

A key highlight of the initiative is its eco-friendly approach. The service centres utilise waterless car washing techniques and battery-powered tools, aligning with sustainable practices while maintaining efficiency.

Built using modular, container-based infrastructure, the Quickstop units are easy to deploy and are managed by authorised Maruti Suzuki dealers. This flexible setup enables rapid expansion across multiple locations without the need for permanent workshop facilities.

The pilot phase is currently underway in cities including Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Bagdogra, Calicut, and Surat. Based on customer response, Maruti Suzuki is expected to expand the Quickstop network further across the country.
