2026 Renault Duster Launched

2026 Renault Duster launched in India at Rs 10.29 lakh. New-gen SUV built on RGMP platform with updated design, features and pricing up to Rs 18.49 lakh.

Renault launched the third-generation of its popular SUV today. The 2026 Renault Duster comes with an introductory price of Rs 10.29 lakh and goes up to Rs 18.49 lakh ex-showroom. The all-new designed SUV is built on RGMP (Renault Group Modular Platform), a versatile vehicle architecture specially designed for the Indian market.

The 2026 Renault Duster comes with two powertrain options. A 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 100hp and 160Nm, paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. And a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine developing 163hp and 280Nm, available with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic. A 1.8-litre strong-hybrid petrol powertrain will be in the market by Diwali 2026. It combines a 109hp petrol engine, a 49hp electric motor and a 20hp hybrid starter generator. The combined power output is rated at up to 160 hp and 172 Nm.

In terms of safety, the 2026 Renault Duster is equipped with six airbags as standard. It becomes the first Renault model in India to offer Level 2 ADAS. Disc brakes on all four wheels and an electronic parking brake are included as part of the safety features. It also has 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors and tyre pressure monitoring system. As a part of the human first program, new Renault Duster is equipped with 17 advanced driver-assistance systems including adaptive cruise control with stop and go function, lane keep assist, hill climb assist and many more.

The 2026 Renault Duster gets a distinctive design with a new signature front grille. Instead of the Renault logo, the all-new SUV features ‘Duster’ lettering on the grille. The front LED headlamps come with eyebrow-shaped daytime running lights that also function as indicators. As you move towards the rear, you will notice rugged body cladding and C-pillar-mounted rear door handles. At the rear, the SUV features triangular LED tail lamps connected by a light bar.

On the inside, you get a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. This touchscreen is slightly inclined towards the driver for better compatibility. Along comes a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a dual-zone climate control. At the front, the SUV has a 6-way powered and ventilated front seats, sliding front armrest with storage and at the back for the passengers, a rear centre armrest with cupholders. A panoramic sunroof and a powered tailgate are among the features you will see in the all-new 2026 Renault Duster.

The 2026 Renault Duster is available in six versions – Authentic, Evolution, Techno, Techno+, Iconic and Iconic Launch Edition. There are 6 colour options available – Sunset Red, Jade Mountain Green, River Blue, Pearl White, Moonlight Silver and Stealth Black. The all-new Duster stands toe-to-toe with midsize segment SUVs such as Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Kia Seltos, Honda Elevate, Tata Sierra and Toyota Hyryder.
